We are looking for a Mid - Senior weight Designer who will add value to our busy design studio, working towards tight deadlines and servicing our demanding suppliers. The daily role for the successful candidate will be:-
• Product Development – (Producing Graphic artworks for Giftware)
• Range Building with our project managers
Creating own brand labels to sell to our customer base
• Designing packaging and concepts
• Designing style sheets to be used for brand and product development
The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in Abobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design and other industry standard design software packages coupled with experience in photography and retouching.

We are looking for a Web Designer/Developer who will work closely with our creative and sales departments to maximise the potential of our companies corporate, wholesale and retail websites. The ideal candidate must possess the following skill set:-
• Ability to produce a website from brief to launch
• Produce weekly reports on all company sites, with the ability to obtain end user feedback and develop site with these comments in mind
• Conduct weekly split testing
• Logical, commercial mind, with an ability to recognise opportunities which can be implemented
• A keen problem solver
• Good at simplifying and communicating technical knowledge of the web world to those who don’t know all the jargon & technical know how
• Good understanding, practice and experience of maximising sales and traffic on all types of websites
• The successful candidate must be highly skilled in developing all the types of sites mentioned.
• Current programming technologies used are ASP, PHP, Java, HTML, XML, Flash, W3C, CSS, SQL Database, knowledge of Windows 2003 server and secure payment systems.
Photoshop, Fireworks and other design lead packages are essential for our ideal candidate to succeed.

We are looking to recruit an Creative Assistant to work with Kirsty Pollard. It is a progressive role into Project Management, supporting and assisting Kirsty, Project Manager.
The successful candidate will learn the gift industry inside out from the bottom up.
The duties will include: -
• Spreadsheet work
• Liaising with factories regarding product development
• Fielding correspondence
• Cross department reporting
• General administration and support to Project Manager
• Attending comp shops and trade shows for research
The successful candidate must have the following attributes: -
• The ability to work off their own initiative
• To be pro-active and forward thinking
• Be computer literate
• Have a confident, friendly manner and be a team player
• Be Creative/Design minded
• Have excellent attention to detail
Be a Graduate and/or have relevant experience
